Meet Callum who’s part of the Wellness Team at The Pa. He’s here to make a positive impact on the community by motivating us, setting realistic fitness goals and creating exercise plans. He wants to encourage the community to make healthy lifestyle choices and participate in regular exercise with good technique.
Callum trained for his Diploma in Fitness and Business before working for many years as a personal trainer. He then completed a Degree in Sport and Exercise, followed by further study in the health sciences, and even started a Bachelor of Pharmacy, before finally landing here with us.
He grew up in Kerikeri and had friends that came from Whangaroa and Kaeo, “I used to go hunting here as well as swimming, surfing and fishing along the beautiful coastline. My oldest son now attends Kaeo primary school.” His favourite part of the job is hearing stories from the locals and being able to assist them on their wellness journey by sharing his knowledge.
