Big thank you to everybody involved in our Mana Wāhine programme last week.
It was developed to support wāhine embracing their hauora by connecting with local female leaders, fitness options, and discussions around health and wellbeing.
After a successful pilot project in 2021 we delivered a refreshed programme that included elements from the feedback including: yoga, meditation, women’s empowerment, and Māori history.
