WHST is looking for an individual who has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the fitness industry or a related field, with group exercise and preferably train the trainer experience. You will be suitably trained and qualified professional to take baseline health measurements, record entry and exit clinical data.

Community Nurse Practitioner and Community Advocacy Navigator
This person will work with the Community Nurse Practitioner or Community Nurse and other health professionals to provide guidance and assistance with whanau/individual health plans.
This person will utilize their health and social skills in support of people living in Whangaroa Catchment Area. To carry out clinical assessments, developing and overseeing a support plan for identified long term health and well being need. WHST requires a Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner to work in the community to carry out clinical assessments, developing and overseeing support plans. WHST is looking for a Nurse or Nurse Practitioner who shares our dedication to working within the community. They will also support our ageing clients to live independently in their homes.
